Monsoon

Monsoon - What strikes into your head when you hear this 7 lettered word??.. Rain.. rain...more rain..

Yes! The season which is considered to be the most scintillating in each and every year. Dark skies looming above us which gives us a picturesque ambiance, hot samosas, tea, soup and those refreshing liquids to energize our body and most important - Holidays... you'll be jumping with joy when the government announces that schools/colleges are on leave you go berserk.. A game of soccer, rugby and why not, even gully cricket will be an amazing sight to watch.

The roads, inundated with rainwater, you'll feel like wading through those sand-mixed freshwater which obviously gives you a look like rain god has poured in gallons of unhygienic chocolate milk :D :D that's what the texture looks like. I would just like to share a real rainy experience which I went through

5 years ago on the same month, I was in my first year college and it was the time when RWH was done in each and every building of my city and state but to horror, there wasn't any rain :(
But on that fateful day around 1400 hrs, the rain gods decided to fulfill the desires of millions of people in my state as how long can you wait till I show my fury... What begun as a drizzle in the beginning turned into a incessant rainfall in the evening.. Everyone thought that this rain would end in a few hours but it didn't happen so.. It rained.. rained..rained all night and the same rain continued till the next day the sun peeped out...

The result - Roads damaged with hugee potholes, floods at Narrow roads and streets, homes inundated with slush and rainwater, life completely thrown out of gear for a day, power shutdown in many places and most important - many were electrocuted.. :(.. Newton's 3rd law works out at each and every situation. The worst part was that Diwali festival was just a week away and shopping was at full swing in the previous weeks. It rained heavily the next day and almost for nearly 30 hours, the city wasn't spared at all. But one fruitful issue is that the local lakes, ponds, dams were almost full and just more more innings of this rain, the city ll be sunk!.

The next day after this heavy rain, newspapers begun flashing that city has received 42 cms of rain which is a history. I don't want it to be like Cherrapunji in Assam or Mumbai. Mumbai city was affected too in this similar fashion in that following year. We had a whole week of holiday and after Diwali, this topic was the disscussion for a long time.

For chennai, the monsoon season of 2005 was considered to be the best in the previous decade because it had almost solved the water crisis in the city.. But, it was just the beginning and till now, monsoon season has been perfect for half a decade nearly.

Will this be a boon or a bane for TN???... Only time will answer....

History of a man

As we all know that Humans- Men&women come together to reproduce a life form of a gender which may be a boy or a girl. That is why we consider women are respected highly when she gives a birth every child born in this earth. Well am here to share my personal views and how a man leads his life in this funny world.

The Life stages of a boy:

New born till he joins K.G.

The moment when we boys come out from the dark room, the tiny space where we had been fed by our mom's food, we come out of the womb crying out loudly

and you have brought happiness to your mom and infact given a new life to your mom where you had been tucked in her uterus for 300days. It also shows the symptom that you are gonna create a havoc in home for the next 3 years..hehehe.

The day when we reach home it brings joy and happiness to the grandparents who always wishes that he must have a grandson so that he can boast about it to his old aged friends. They spend the whole day talking about it and brags a lot.. Then we are named according to the astrologer's advice as Ramesh, Rahul, Praveen, Shyam..blah blah

and some funny meaningful names which becomes sexier in the future[;)].... the trouble we give to our sweet mom when we are just an infant is soo hard tiring for her. We'll loo and urinate the cozy bed, she keeps changing the diapers.... we are perfect trouble makers for her. Our dad, after returning home from his work gets busy to play with his prince charming, sing lullabies to make us sleep buys lots of soft toys, baby pram, etc... that goes on for around 2 to 2 1/2 years..

Kindergarden to 7th grade.
The mission begins... the place where we begun to learn abcd... numbers 123.. blah blah.. you cry as to your mom as if the whole world is going to end by today "Mom... pls.. I won't go anywhere leaving you pls I want to be with you.. they ll drag us as we are ready for the judgement day and puts us in a school surrounded by lush green trees, big buildings and of course - a whole new bunch of annoying tiny tots who has come along with their parents with a water bottle tied around the neck, a hanky pinned to their left side of their chest. The teachers treat us like cute bunnies when we enter into the class, getting introduced to each other, praises our dress we wear everyday. She then teaches the universal rhymes -Ba ba black sheep, twinkle twinke little star...ooofff!!!! i can hardly these two only....

So as days passes by we as kids, make friends with our fellow boys, look at those cute tiny girls with chubby cheeks, and we'll be made to sit next to them, boast about our dad or mom s profession, speak like a nerd with a sooo childish voice and we return home by 12 noon well should'nt that be made an universal time to all students studying in school/college??????
kindergarden days are over now we enter into the grade session 1st grade as usual, the long english text book, a plump mathematics textbook which is the size of a pillow where we used to carry all the books in our fragile shoulders in a bag.. that sounds like we are contesting for a weight lifting champion... ha ha ha ha... the day long classes inschool. our ears getting squeaked like red apples when we talk unnecessarily in class or answer any question wrongly, or our handwriting getting worse.that follows the same till we reach the age of 12. just an year from becoming a teenager.

8th grade till 12th..
I can say these 4 years are considered to be the best and foundation stone for our careers. Firstly, we are allowed to wear trousers- something which shows us like we are now man and girls - Salwarkameez. But this timw it'll be quite differens. boys and girls are made to sit seperately as many girls come out of age and so do boys... hehehe... I did see many boys during their age of 13 jumping around the house as he sees the first setof hairs beneath his nose as moustache wow! that's the beginning of a man to become a hero of something. he'll boast about this to his friends and so he develops a crush - Love blossoming in the age of 15 or 16.
you get to see a pretty girl either in school or your locality or the palce where you go for your tuitions post your matriculation exams and choose the science stream of becoming a so-called engineer in future.. This age is the place where we boys sure get to learn the outside world - Smoking, Boozing, late night talks over the phone someone to whom you really care, Porn, and of course - getting into fights with a boy where he proposed the girl whom you "Love"... hahaha truly , these kinda days ll never ever come back..

College Days:
this is just like doing your masters degree what you did in school days. After those hard days of going to tuitions, studying day-night, you pass out of the school where you spent 14 years with the same set of students, and get admission into one of the enginnering colleges in your city as what stream of branch you dreamt from your childhood.

first year in college, all those who were tired of wearing uniforms, carrying lunchbags to school, travelled by cycle enters a new dimension - dresses like a professional, travels with a drafter which is compulsory for all first year students to learn engineering drawing pah! that's the most painful thing in your first year.some thick friends may continue to study again together in the same college, same dept, same bench sitting next to each other that 's somethin which can seldom be forgotten. you are ragged friendly by your senior friends, well this is just the beginning
Enter second year and what else, you are a senior man!!! you can threaten those first year students who joins the college mid-september and then, here comes the best part - you are in deep love with a pretty girl who studies in the same college and ironically, she is a first year.
many boys ll surely propose to her boldly as she's a junior and again the fight begins- but this time it becomes like a gang war - all armed with hockey sticks, cricket stumps, blah blah..
this ends sometimes on a happy or a sad note which may be favourable to us.
We then began to cut classes, roam around the college with your gang, nick name your lecturers,
go for a movie together, or a hoilday it can be said as an industrial visit or a tour, writing those laboratory records, having lunch from the same plate in the canteen and most important- Sleeping with your eyes wide open when a lecturer begins his 50 minute long irritation in the topic of a particular subject which you hate it to the core...
then comes semester exams, we strive hard to clear those AnnaUniversity papers and when results come, you ask your friend: மச்சான் , மூணு பேப்பர் போச்சு டா. he'say the same to you and we meet up for the arrear exams next semester. this follows you till you finish the degree.
Meanwhile, you hit the gym to tone your muscles to flaunt your bi-tri, expand your chest and try to attract the girl whom you had an eye. To your suprise, she accepts it and you'll be on top of the world. wow! that's a heavenly feeling. you exchange numbers, never ending SMS, phone calls, taking her out on a weekday where you 2 promptly cut the classes and get to know eachother in detail the and u ll be like asking for a kiss from her in your cheeks which ll be the second kiss to you after your mom where she kissed you when we were born.
Love each other, there's no wrong in it but getting into an affair with the girl whom you love in college is pretty bad if it's done in an improper way, where your future ll get spoilt, you losing all what you studied these 4 long years and finally it ends in a break up. she complaints to her parents, your parents are called too, a loong advice to both of them and finally the relation gets snapped up. you grow a long beard, give a sick look and finally, you pass out of the college with a degree in your hand and if luck favours you, a job is also awarded to you!.

The Beginning of a new Life:
after those 48 months of enjoyment, pain, betrayal from friends which happens to billions living in this world enters a new dimension- Work place. here you get to meet new people, your colleagues, your boss instructs u to work like a machine towards the target, earn heftyly what not - responsibility. At this time, the turning point occurs.Though you were mentally upset by that heart paining breakup, enters a new girl into your life, she cares for you, she consoles you, and she lovesyou that because now you have a responsibility in life, earned a place in the society well, can take good care of her and at last- marriage. You get a new life eradicating those moments you experienced in college but one thing is for sure - The first love you ever faced in love is permanent!!! you can never forget it till you die and so the cycle continues in generations!!!!

My Debut into the world of Blogging

Hello to all the bloggers from around the world. This is my first and foremost post into the blogging world which allows all the bloggers from around the world to get to know about each other. Let me give you a brief introduction about myself

My name is Sundeep Rajagopalan. I live in Chennai, which is the capital of TamilNadu, a state located in the southernmost part of my country, India. I am an Engineer by profession, a fresher, and worstly hit by the global recession which caused millions of students, working professionals to either lose their job or seek a job.

We are a family of 4. Dad, Mom and an elder sister. My passions were mainly Automobiles, electronic gadgets and most important -Movies. I really go crazy on automobiles whenever I see them on the bumpy roads of chennai. Most favoured cars would be Audi, BMW's, Indian car TATA's, and Japanese import Nissan. I seldom knew when I was so attracted to cars just as an average boy like me would like to see those beauties zooming past other vehicles and would think in his mind, என்னிகசும், இந்த நாலு சக்கர வாகனத்தை நானும் வாங்குவேன்.

I am a religious person, who believes there's a superior above all of us -God. I am a god fearing person and god has been with me through the tough times I went through my life. I enjoyed god's blessings in many form and has punished me in times where I needed to be punished.

I haven't been in relationships or affairs as of now and I consider myself to be lucky. From my point of view, when a boy/girl gets committed or they are in an affair, There is a probability that
the relationship "MAY BREAK OR MAY NOT" the similar case is also applicable to those who believe in arrange marriages. Well, it's equally balanced and none can predict what's going to happen tomorrow, why not we may not even know that whether we'll be alive or not tomorrow.
That's life folks.. I think this is enough for my debut posting. I shall be posting in the coming years and hope I shall be alive by then... hehehehe!!!!

Thanks for reading my blog.. It's just a brief introduction as how we humans have followed it right from Kindergarden to marriage.. haha
